The primary goal of HDB OneView is to integrate and automate sales, marketing, and customer support. Therefore, these systems typically will have a dashboard that gives an overall view of the three functions on a single customer view, a single page for each customer that a company may have. HDB OnveView will provide client information, past sales, previous marketing efforts, and more, summarizing all of the relationships between the customer and HDB Financial Services Ltd. Operational HDB OneView is made up of 3 main components: sales force automation, Daily Sales Reporting, and Relationship Manager portal. This will also help each employee to analyze self-performance and compare himself with the best employees in his department.
With HDB OneView, customers are expected to serve better on the day to day processes and with more reliable information. If there is less time for the first interaction from the time request is made by the customer, this would help the organisation to increase customer satisfaction level.
With HDB OneView, Users can now register into the app and start referring their friends, family and colleagues for Loan. They can apply the Loan form from the app itself!
